Severn Link announces the first ferry service to connect South Wales and the South West of England!

On 29th October 2009, Severn Link unveiled its forthcoming ferry operations to an expectant national and regional media audience.

As from Spring 2010, Severn Link will run a daily (and seasonally twice daily) FastCat ferry service from Ilfracombe in North Devon, to Swansea in South Wales, taking just 50 minutes per trip.

The Severn Link service is a bold new step to reconnect the communities, heritage, and people of Wales, Devon, Somerset and Cornwall, making them accessible to holidaymakers, families, and businesses on both sides of the English Channel.
