Posted: 12/07/2011The tide is turning in favour of alternatives to costly and congested road transport and there are now serious proposals to start piloting some Coastal Transport initiatives which will not only have environmental benefits, but will also bring opportunities for coastal town regeneration. Here Sir Graham Watson supports an initiative being hosted by organisations in the South West of England to bring about new developments in this sphere.
