We are a contemporary boutique restaurant with rooms in the heart of the Gower Peninsular.  We have a modern European menu and are recognized for our excellence with an AA Rosette. Our emphasis is on the use of the best-quality, fresh produce ranging from local meats, fish and vegetables to home-made bread and pasta. Almost everything we serve is made in our kitchen. Our dishes change seasonally with specials taking advantage of not-to-be-missed opportunities from our local suppliers of seafood, meats and game.

The restaurant is an individual design with extensive use of rosewood and sapele creating a warm and inviting, but also luxurious dining experience complemented by the attentive but discreet service and select wines and spirits lists.

Lunch is served daily between 12:00 – 14:30 with Dinner being served between 19:00 – 21:30.  If you are looking to just relax after a day hiking or on the beach, do so in our cozy bar or outside on our cool riverside terrace whilst enjoying refreshments served from our Ramblers Menu, featuring a selection of home-made soups, sandwiches and afternoon tea, served daily.  Our restaurant is closed on a Sunday evening and closed Monday day and evening.

Maes-yr-haf is just a gentle stroll from the award-winning Three Cliffs Bay and centrally-placed for the other beaches of the South Gower Coast, close to Swansea.  A car park is available for guests dining and residents and there is a bus stop just outside our door for public transport to Swansea and other areas of interest in the Gower.  A pick-up service is available from Swansea Docks to Maes-yr-haf with advance booking.
