Victoria House Bed & Breakfast is a delightful Edwardian seaside villa where all of the bedrooms have magnificent views over the Atlantic Ocean towards Lundy Island. Choose between two rooms in the main house with state-of-the-art bathrooms and one in the annexe with a beach-hut feel and a private deck.

Our Beach House has a king size antique brass bed and a private terrace where breakfast can be served on warmer days. The room is en-suite and has a TV and DVD player, fresh ground coffee and a selection of teas and of course – the stunning views.

Breakfast is served overlooking Grunta Beach, and we have no set time for breakfast, preferring you to choose so that you can start relaxing from the moment you arrive and forget alarm clocks and deadlines. As well as all the usual English traditions, guests can choose from fresh pineapple, melon and strawberries, smoked salmon, eggs Benedict and scrambled eggs, hot filled baguettes, waffles, pancakes and maple syrup. We love looking after our guests!

From the warm welcome when you arrive, to the organic chocolates on your pillowcase, we try to make your stay relaxing, romantic (if you want it to be!) but most of all, heavenly.
